Are you interested in joining Lucan Cycling Road Club, we have an introductory starter spin this Sunday morning for those interested in Group riding. The distance is around 35km at a target average speed of 20/21kph. If you are able to cycle around 25km by yourself you should be able to do 35km in a Group come along and give it a try. No one will be left behind.
Spin meeting place is Lucan Village triangle beside Carroll’s pub. Sunday morning 9.30am
